Nyein Hub is a private business-management application used by the staff of Nyein gold shop to manage daily operations. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used.
All data is used solely to operate the shop's internal workflows: recording transactions, tracking balances, publishing gold prices, and sharing announcements between branches. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with any third party other than our infrastructure provider.
Data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Firebase Authentication), operated by Google LLC. Access is restricted by role-based security rules — staff can only access data for their assigned branch and role.
Account data is kept while you are an active staff member. To request deletion of your account or associated personal data, contact the shop administrator or email us at the address below; accounts are removed by an administrator upon request.
Nyein Hub is a workplace tool for adult employees and is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.

Nyein Hub သည် ငြိမ်းရွှေဆိုင် ဝန်ထမ်းများအတွက်သာ အသုံးပြုသည့် လုပ်ငန်းစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု အက်ပ်ဖြစ်သည်။ အက်ပ်တွင် သိမ်းဆည်းသည့် အချက်အလက်များမှာ — ဝန်ထမ်းအကောင့်အချက်အလက် (အမည်၊ အီးမေးလ်၊ ဆိုင်ခွဲ၊ ရာထူး)၊ လုပ်ငန်းစာရင်းများ (ငွေစာရင်း၊ ရွှေဈေးနှုန်းများ)၊ ကြေညာချက်များအတွက် ရွေးချယ်တင်သည့် ဓာတ်ပုံများ ဖြစ်သည်။ အချက်အလက်အားလုံးကို Google Firebase တွင် လုံခြုံစွာ သိမ်းဆည်းထားပြီး လုပ်ငန်းအတွင်းသုံးရန်သာ ဖြစ်သည်။ ကြော်ငြာအတွက် အသုံးမပြုပါ၊ ပြင်ပသို့ ရောင်းချခြင်း မပြုပါ။ အကောင့်ဖျက်ရန် ဆိုင်စီမံခန့်ခွဲသူထံ ဆက်သွယ်နိုင်သည်။
